Indie Pitch

I really like the Kickstarter website.  It's a great way for all kinds of people to finance their independent projects.  Instead of finding one or two big donors, filmmakers (or other artists) can raise funds through the small contributions of hundreds of fans.  Well, this month, filmmaker Mark Ross brought his very interesting project to my attention.  Curse of the Phantom Shadow is a fun film that calls to mind some of the old, mystery, radio programs, pulp novels, or comic books.  It looks pretty impressive.  And, it still needs some funding!  Check out the project here.
